SYNC Creatives: Week 6!

It’s our last week of the programme! We’ve had such a fantastic time! Engaging with fellow creatives, learning new skills and growing together has been a joy!

Toni Eastwood OBE MBA and Lesley Craven kicked off the week with defining the ideal client, taking the time to narrow down exactly what clients are looking & asking for. This then linked with the next session Toni and Lesley ran on slaying your socials with 5 messaging strategies, understanding where the ideal clients are hanging out online, how to grab attention and maintain it. Hrvoje Kondzic led their follow up session from the beginning of the programme, revisiting the cohort's business mission, vision and values. 

Rachael Castell led the discussion of finding creative communities in business, rethinking competitors as collaborators by looking at similarities and connections. We then had a session on self mastery with Nathalina Harrison, how to hone process and behaviours, play to strengths, and become our best business self. We looked at our self care, awareness, compassion and acceptance. We then had a run down on the best way to utilize email marketing in your business with Kim Darragon.

On our last day, we had Toni Eastwood and Lesley Craven back to teach us 5 ways to improve our profit and how to crunch our numbers clearly. Lu Williams discussed public commissions for creatives, the best places to find grants and funding pots, how to manage your time and money as well as understanding what commissioners are looking for! We had a session with our very own Ajay Pabial 🏳️‍🌈 on reflecting on the course, celebrating the work over the last 6 weeks. It was great to hear about the different things everyone has learnt what it now means to be Art Clubbers alumni!

We had a master class in the evening with Gemma Perlin on how to overcome imposter syndrome! We looked at a strong framework for combating imposter syndrome, evaluating our relationship with self doubt and we had an interactive experience with self-hypnosis!
