The Green Entrepreneurs' Programme: Sprint 3!

On our induction day, the Art Clubbers Team went through the details of the curriculum, discussed ideas and personal/professional goals the cohort had for the programme. It was a great time for people from different cohorts to meet!

To kick off, the first session was with Hrvoje Kondzic who went through receiving, processing & utilising feedback from customers, clients and partners. We had Sarah Arch finish her series of sessions in the programme with understanding ablesim & inclusive work cultures.

We had our first master class with Tomas Panek on E-Commerce 101: Everything You Need to Know to Start Your Own Online Business which broke down how to utilize AI with the right text and with all the tips perfect for business owners kicking off their work online! Hrvoje Kondzic held a session on communicating your business with clarity to ensure the cohort can prepare for their pitches.

Asha Harkness led a session on building a sustainable workplace with intersectional inclusion by looking into creating an equitable environment. We had Lu Williams break down how slow processes can work well for small businesses, relating it to their business Dog Ear.

We had a great session on creating a good marketing campaign and how to launch it run by Guy Abraham. The cohort came together at Patch, Chelmsford to practice their pitches with Kayla Connelly who ran a public & confidence speaking workshop.

We had Kim Darragon run a master class on how to manage social media for new businesses online. Lu Williams was back to run through how new businesses can implement green branding from the start. To finish the programme James West ran two workshops continuing his session series in building a business case and strengthening presenting skills.

The Sprint 3 pitching event was a brilliant success! 6 entrepreneurs delivered their pitches at Patch, Chelmsford. It was wonderful to see entrepreneurs across all cohorts, workshop leaders and the team come together to celebrate the achievements of the programme! The Judges for Sprint 3 were Matt Miller, Loretta Hoy &Alex Hollimon.

Stay tuned to find out about the winners of Sprint 3!

Throughout these last few weeks, 1-1 mentoring sessions from Hrvoje Kondzic, Nat Harrison, Lu Williams and Ajay Pabial took place for the cohort to get in depth guidance for their business.
